10+ years designing digital products, the last two as the sole UX owner across Trading, Staking, Loans and Custody at Bitcoin Suisse, a Swiss crypto platform for institutional and private wealth clients. I take products from first idea to production, and I build the design systems and AI workflows that make that possible.

Five projects, all live.
Advanced Trading
A product built only for simple conversions needed a professional trading experience. I designed the whole life of a trade: market discovery, order types, execution strategies, error states, review and order management.
Proves: complex UX, financial workflows, market mechanics
Design System + AI
Three contradicting design systems became one: 128 variables, light and dark mode, semantic naming. Then I made it AI-compatible with Figma MCP and a custom skill, so I can design from VS Code into Figma using the real components.

Markets → Trading
Almost no trades started from the Markets page. I found the problem in the analytics, made the main action visible on both the Markets and asset pages, and the numbers moved: +15% trades and +34% conversion.

Security: Passkeys & EAS
Two live security features. Passkeys let clients sign in with a fingerprint instead of a 6-digit code. EAS adds three security layers before a new withdrawal account can be used, shown as one clear timeline.

Client Center
Clients reached their relationship manager by email, phone, Telegram and WhatsApp, which opened the door to phishing. I designed one secure message center inside the platform, with relationship managers involved at every round.

I’m a Senior Product / UX Designer with deep experience in crypto, fintech and financial platforms. I lead UX from first strategy through delivery, turning complex business, regulatory and technical requirements into something clients can follow.
At Bitcoin Suisse I’m the sole UX owner across Trading, Staking, Loans and Custody, designing revenue-critical products for institutional and private wealth clients. I use product analytics to find friction and connect design decisions to business results. I also build the design systems and AI-assisted workflows that make the team faster.
Before that I spent three years at Slido (part of Cisco) on a SaaS platform for interactive meetings, and two years at Accenture on international projects for Qatar Airways, Deutsche Bahn, La Roche-Posay and COOP Denmark. I started as a graphic designer, which is where the eye for detail comes from.
